Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information LiveScore ("we", "us", or "our") collects when you use our mobile application and how we use it. We've kept it short and plain because, honestly, we collect very little.
1. Summary
LiveScore is designed to be privacy-friendly. We do not require an account to view live scores, we do not sell your data, and we do not collect personal information beyond standard, aggregated analytics used to keep the app running well.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. If you contact our support team by email or through the in-app form, we receive the email address and message content you choose to send so we can respond.
Usage & diagnostic data. Like most apps, we use analytics and crash-reporting tools to collect anonymous, aggregated information — such as which screens are opened, device type, operating system version, and crash logs. This helps us fix bugs and improve the experience. This data is not used to identify you personally.
Preferences. Your settings, such as favourite teams and leagues, are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers.
3. Football & match data (third-party API)
Live scores, fixtures, standings, line-ups, and related football data shown in the app are sourced from a third-party provider, API-Football. When the app fetches this data, requests are made to their service. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policy and terms, available on their website. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
4. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the app.
- To diagnose technical problems and prevent crashes.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To understand, in aggregate, how features are used.
5. Analytics & advertising
We may use third-party analytics providers (for example, mobile platform analytics) to collect the aggregated usage data described above. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments. If the app displays advertising, ad partners may use device identifiers in line with your device's privacy settings, which you can control at any time.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers who help us operate the app (such as analytics and crash reporting), with third-party data providers as needed to display football data, or where required by law.
7. Data retention
Aggregated analytics and crash data are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Support emails are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and our records.
8. Children's privacy
LiveScore is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your choices & rights
You can limit analytics and ad tracking through your device's privacy settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email us at muhammadwaqas12305@outlook.com.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may be announced within the app.
